Highly efficient GaN nanowires

Nanowires are defect-free, 3D structures that enable red, green and blue micro LEDs with the reliability of an inorganic materials system. The efficiency of nanowire micro LEDs improves with decreasing size.

Products

glo is focused on commercialization of micro LEDs products through OEM and manufacturing partners.

glō’s RGB microLED display

With our patented room-temperature wafer transfer technology, millions of RGB micro LEDs can be transferred with high yields, bonded to active back planes made out of Si, glass or flexible substrate materials.

Luminance vs. power consumption

glō nLEDs demonstrate 10X brightness and power advantage over OLED. glō delivers > 10x the brightness at same power budget!
